Even if the evidence such as photos, cctv recordings produced showing Najib with Antantuya, the evidences still don't prove its Najib behind the murder, its just prove Najib was lying.
We already know that Najib's a liar, he already lied about his link with the infamous Saiful. Remember that he denied ke know Saiful in his first comment.
If they evidence brought, it will just punish Najib politically but still don't prove he was behind the muder.
We could hire Perry Mason or Sherlock Holmes to solve the courtroom puzzling pieces but even them wouldn' be able to solve it. It not because of the puzzling pieces in the courtroom but becouse of the piece that was NOT in the court. The vital pieces is Musa Safri and he was not called to testify.
I guess, Musa Safri is the central or the keyman. He knows or overview the main characters. Musa Safri is the missing link in courts which can link the bottom of the links (Siru and Azila) to the highest links in the chain.
One (guess-who) on the highest end of the conspiracy chain cannot deal directly with the lowest end (Sirul) in order not to get the hands dirty. The middle one (Musa Safri) must be proven involved first before we get to the higher one.
But Musa Safri was not called to testify. Why? I don't know, need to ask the judge. Judge has reasons.

As far as I can logically guessed, the whole UMNO from top to bottom is involved. That's why no action is taken against the real culprit. Or at least they knew who did it but shut their mouth because of common interest.
All Malaysians know it for a fact that C4 Altantuya is extremely corrupted and greedy but, even then I don't think he's brave enough to swallow the whole sum of the commision (€114 million/RM510 million). It is way too much for one single person to wallop, moreover, he's only a deputy. he is stupid but, not that stupid, besides every UMNO goons knew about it. Besides, he need the support of his subordinates. Impossible to be the Pirate head when little pirates abandon ship on you.
The more logical deduction would be that, those commission are suppose to be the UMNO communal war chest in preparation for the 12 General election. They needed the money to buy up the election( their usual way ). Just consider the timing of the submarine deal, the time of the murder, and the election date!!
No way for them to spill the beans, even though some big shot got stabbed in the back very badly. So much so that he have to bid farewell to the people that vated him in, and yet he dare not speak the truth even though he very much like to stay on (he made known of his intention to us earlier). All started because green light were given for the submarine deal and the rest......gone haywire.

Our former well beloved leader taught us that it really does not matter what the world think of us as we are the leaders of the world. Nobody will decide what is right but us.
We decide the standards of morality and what is acceptable to us Malaysians and the world must respect us for what we are. Similarly we must decide what is more important to chase after the person who made libelous statements against our leader or the murderers of a person from another country. No matter how blatant the evidence are, clearing the name of our citizen is more important than seeking out the murderer of a foreign national. This is the laws of Priority and our people in power and the administrators of our powers have very limited resources. These resources need to be put to good use.
Since France press Liberation has come out with such serious details/allegations, and threatening more to shame Malaysian-beloved DPM & UMNO/Youth-beloved Rosmah (and so our Nation image/goodname&mauruah-tarnished of UMNO leaders as TRUE & RELIGIOUS MUSLIMs) , Kapal Singh & ALL PAKATAN leaders can now openly CHALLENGE, insult, humiliate, provoke UMNO Youths/Goons, to rally/protest/burn French national flags at KL French Embassy n threaten to burn it down if ‘the usual’ no retraction & apology & $ compensations,burn 1000 copies of Liberation papers and threaten loudly to hunt down the Reporter in Bangkok.......
